WILKES-BARRE — Susan Magnotta, Director of Promoting and Growth at the Diamond Metropolis partnership, Thursday stated the Downtown Discoveries Scavenger Hunt and Kids’ Fest is part of DCP’s more substantial initiative to reanimate the Downtown.
