PLAINVIEW — The Wayland Baptist College neighborhood is mourning the demise of 3 of their college students these days as a outcome of an early afternoon auto accident in Floyd County.

“We are so devastated by this awful decline of lifetime,” WBU President, Dr. Bobby Corridor mentioned. “Our Wayland household, like our Board of Trustees, are praying for the families of these pupils. Brian Anderson, a latest graduate from Lancaster California Christian Orozco, a junior from Fort Value, Texas and Elena Vazquez, a sophomore from Houston had been all killed in a two motor vehicle collision Saturday afternoon. All a few college students were existing or earlier users of Wayland’s wrestling method.

Brian graduated from Wayland in Could with a conditioning management diploma and was scheduling on pursuing a Master’s in Instruction at Wayland this slide.

Christian, a pre-engineering major, who sat out previous season, was expected to return to Wayland this tumble.
